What the world/needs now/is ...

A few months ago, as I embarked on a new journey to weave magic and ministry into something called Magistry, I asked myself some questions.

What does the world need right now? For each of us to remember how powerful we all are with a life force running through us. The world itself, minus pesky other humans chattering in our ears, wants us to thrive, to win.

How do card tricks help with this? To put everything on hold and just stop to look at and ponder something that defies the laws that constrain us ... is an act of power.

Where is the meaning in this type of magic, this form of entertainment? It's not entertainment. That's passive. This is a reminder. It simply causes you to activate whatever is in you that reminds you you are alive.

What is it reminding us of? That our capacity to wonder, fully developed when we could barely read or write, is all we ever needed to discover our full true selves.
